Beautifully restored venue, ideal location just next door to a shopping area, Nicosia and Near to the city centre, enjoyed our stay. The room was large and authentic, had iron/ironing board, an electronic key card, and tea and coffee making equipment. The staff were helpful and the design was nice. The service was impeccable with parking nearby.

I recently stayed at a wonderful oasis in North Nicosia, Pedieos Guest House, for a week. The area around the hotel may be a bit run down, but the warmth and kindness of the hosts made up for it. The breakfasts served were absolutely amazing, the best I had in all of Cyprus. The hotel is in a good position for walking over the border and exploring the bars, shops, and places of interest nearby. The terrace breakfast with the hot December sun was a treat. The attention to detail and the lovely sense of calm made my stay a joy. As a single traveler, I felt looked after and the human contact left me feeling rested. The fabulous room and the overall experience were truly memorable. I highly recommend this place.
Do recommend this hotel.

The value for money at Pedieos Guest House was excellent. The room was cozy and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a refreshing air conditioner. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the border between the two parts of the city. The staff, especially Ayşe, the owner, were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay.
Food for breakfast could use some improvement, especially with regards to the variety of options available.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the convenient location, friendly staff, and comfortable rooms. the renovated guesthouse was just a short walk from the city center, making it easy for us to explore. the small inner courtyard was a pleasant surprise, providing a relaxing space for us to unwind after a long day of hiking. the owner's personal touch, from contacting us prior to arrival to chatting with us during breakfast, made us feel welcome and well taken care of. the air conditioner in our room was a lifesaver during the hot weather, ensuring a comfortable stay.
Felt so comfortable, no reason to complain.
